We want you to love your ritual, but if a product isn't the right fit, we accept returns on most items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain hair care tools and opened liquids must be in their original, unused condition to qualify.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original Crown Affair packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure faster processing.

  Print and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
